Every time I make a decision as your EID Director for Division 4, I hold one principle above all: transparency. This means putting ratepayers first by asking three essential questions: How will this affect ratepayers? Will it lead to excessive debt? And most importantly, will it improve the service we provide? These guiding questions are not just policy points but a promise from me, Lori Anzini, that your interests remain at the heart of my work with the EID Board.

Delivering water from the mountains is no small feat. It demands meticulous maintenance and unwavering dedication to safety. Our district is fortunate to have some of the best employees, committed to these priorities every day. Their diligence ensures that the water reaching your homes is safe and reliable. I am proud of what we’ve accomplished together, and I’m eager to continue this journey of service with your support.

My role as your District 4 Director extends beyond our immediate community. I proudly represent our EID Board through the Mountain Counties Water Resources Association and the Association of California Water Agencies (ACWA). These roles allow me to foster vital water management partnerships throughout the Sacramento region and in rural counties. Working collaboratively, we can tackle the challenges facing our water resources and build a sustainable future for all.

I am asking for your vote because I believe in what we can achieve together. I am committed to transparency, accountability, and a future where our water system serves us all efficiently and sustainably. Let’s continue to build on this foundation of trust and progress. Together, we can keep our community strong and our resources secure for generations to come. Being on the EID Board has been very rewarding. I have watched it change to accept and deliver more transparency to its ratepayers. Change happens; along with that comes a slow process of influencing and working with staff and administration on how to deliver the best service to our ratepayers.
